HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES GOAL STORE ACCEPT?

You can choose to pay with your PayPal account or credit card through PayPal. Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Datacash Ltd. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY METHOD?

Goal Store delivers worldwide through affiliated premium couriers such as DHL and EMS. Shipping costs will be free regardless of country/region if you spend over $150.


We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times should only be served as a guide and it will commence from the date of dispatch. Goal Store is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.


HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY for TAXes AND DUTIES?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Goal Store will not cover import fees that may be incurred due to customs of each country in the delivery process.


HOW can I exchange my order?

If you wish to exchange to a different item or size,please return for full refund and make a new order.


HOW can i REturn my order?

We apologize for your inconvenience, but due to limited quantity for this pre-season lineup, we can only give you 2 days to arrange a return upon receipt. To arrange a return, click ‘My Order’ and sign into your order account (order number, phone). Then submit the return application in “My Order” page.
