Step 1: 

If for whatever reason a return is required, a return application to the Goal Store Customer Service (My Order Page) within 2 days of receipt of the product must be submitted. Otherwise, return may not be possible.


- Returned item(s) must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition (barcode attached-polybag, tags, dust bag, box, etc.)


Step 2: 

Receive confirmation email from Goal Store Customer Service. 


Step 3:

Repackage the item(s) in their original condition (barcode attached-polybag, tags, dust bag, box, etc.)


Step 4:

Send the item(s) within 3 days to the return address after receiving confirmation email from Goal Store Customer Service.


- Shipping fees for return are the responsibility of the customer. We will not provide return labels or return shipping fees.


* Please note that the item(s) will not be eligible for return under certain circumstances: The item(s) should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and any labels or tags should be intact. Unfortunately, returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

- We will send feedback to you if the item(s) do not meet Goal Store’s return policy


Step 6:

We will process the refund when the returned item(s) satisfy the return policy
- If customs clearance costs or additional taxes incur, the costs will be deducted from the total refund amount or a separate invoice will be issued.

- If you return one or more items from your initial order and the total value of the remaining items falls below the threshold $150, we will charge you shipping costs with reciprocal effect. We will do this by refunding the purchase price of the item(s) that you have returned minus the shipping costs to your country or issuing a separate invoice.
